hela Sverige Driveline Systems at Volvo CE is the core competence center within Volvo CE for driveline development and are responsible for developing transmissions, brakes and wheel axles including systems engineering, SW & controls and design for all Volvo CE products e.g. Articulated Haulers, Wheel Loaders and Motor Graders.

We are therefore looking for a Team Leader Transmission Mechanical Design to strengthen our Mechanical Design Department.
Your responsibilities will be to initiate, lead, guide and to follow up on tasks and deliveries in your team. You will also work as a member of the team as a Design Engineer, design leader or equivalent. You will also be responsible for assuring that design and quality targets are met.

Minimum Education Required:
M.Sc or B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 5-10 years of Experience within Transmission Design
Experience of 3D CAD design and development in Catia v5 and Solid Edge is positive.
Experience in dealing with design and development problems with a strong intuitive and analytic ability to resolve problem issues
God knowledge of Driveline, including Mechanics, Mechatronics and Driveline Controls
General knowledge of Powertrain and Machine applications
