hela Sverige We are looking for a Team leader who wants to take part in the development of the future Smart Dispenser System. You will lead a cross-functional team where collaboration and communication are essential components to solve the challenges that you and your team members face. You will be a part of the project management team and work closely together with project management and the other team leaders.
Tasks as a team leader will vary but usually include:
• Planning, managing and follow up the daily activities to be able to reach team and project milestones and goals according to time, schedule and cost, both in short and long term.
• Ensure that everyone knows their role and assignments within the team. Raise and communicate potential risks, delays, cost transfers and mitigations to minimize any negative impact.
• Provide an effective and creative environment for the team.
• Communicate with other teams to coordinate dependencies and deliveries.
• Work of change with the aim to uniform working methods and rationalize the operations.
• Interact with the customer representing the team and the project in technical issues 100% on-site at the customer 's premises.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with great drive and energy who has at least four years' experience as a Team leader. Experiences in working with development of complex technology, preferably military, is essential. We believe the consultant have a B.Sc./M.Sc. degree and relevant work experience. He/she also has excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written.
A great advantage is if you has worked as a software engineer or as a systems engineer with close collaboration to SW-teams, and therefore has a deeper understanding of software development and its effect on system development on a higher level. Knowledge about Saab ways of working and experience from development within Saab is also an advantage.
As a person, the consultant is communicative and open in theirs ways of working and has a high collaborative ability. The person is agile and do not mind keeping a high pace when needed. The consultant plan the team's work effectively, is organized and can prioritize well to keep deadlines. The customer requires a Swedish citizenship - no dual citizenships, RK2.
