Our Retail Distribution Center in Eskilstuna is on an exciting expansion journey! The DC today consists of approximately 500 ambitious, committed and motivated H&M colleagues who share our values and take responsibility for the logistics operations and distribution of fashion items for our retail customers across Sweden, Norway and Iceland. We are expanding and rebuilding our existing premises in Svista to be a distribution center from 2023 also for Finland.
We are now recruiting to meet our future needs and we are currently looking for Team Leaders to join our team in Eskilstuna. Are you ready to take on the challenge?
Publiceringsdatum2022-09-26Beskrivning av jobbetAs Team Leader you lead efficient day-to-day DC operations for a specific team. You ensure service levels, compliance and drive continuous improvements in line with set targets for service, efficiency and cost.
You work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues. You act in line with our Values and Leadership Expectations.
Kravspecifikation

Hands-on approach for pragmatic day-to-day workflow management and problem resolution

Inclusive and empathetic towards others whilst encouraging diversity
Swedish language skills, both written and spoken. English is desirable.

This is a full-time position starting with a probationary period of 6 months. Collective agreement with Unionen. The location is based in Eskilstuna and part of the Logistic Region North Europe. Working hours will include evenings and weekends.
As a Team Leader, you report directly to the Department Manager. Start date during Autumn 2022 or by agreement.
