ALTEN Group is seeking to appoint a Team Leader for the Nordic Business Controller & Analyst department. We are looking for someone with a burning interest for operational data who wants to work as an operative leader in an international environment.

As Team Leader, you will be part of an international team where you will report to the Head of the BC&A team in Spain. You will work closely with the Swedish and Finnish head management groups and you will be responsible for managing our team of 2 people in Sweden as well as performing the classic operational tasks related to the team.

Your role
As team leader, you will have a dynamic role where you will participate in the performance of the classic operational/reporting tasks of the team, which are the following:
• Producing weekly, monthly & quarterly operational reports for the Group as well as ad hoc analysis upon request
• Analysing the operational indicators (KPIs)
• Providing the best quality reports and analysis for key deadlines such as the monthly business review (MBR) with the Top Management & the COO
• Implementation of the Bonus System for the management team
• Maintaining & creating various dashboards for the COO to drive the activity
• Improving the information flow from subsidiaries to headquarter

In addition to this, you will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating the team members on a daily basis, which includes the following responsibilities:
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Set clear team goals and monitor team performance
• Monitoring the tasks and the deadlines fulfilment
• Motivate team members and encourage creativity
• Discover training needs and provide coaching
• Listen to team members' feedback, answer team member questions and resolve any issues or conflicts
• Assist management with hiring processes and new team member training

Furthermore, you will be responsible for coordinating the interlocution with the top management of ALTEN Sweden, ALTEN Finland and new subsidiaries within the Nordics perimeter.

Your profile
To be considered for the position as Team Leader, you are required to have an academic degree in Business or equivalent as well as 2-4 years' experience of business/operational control. You are an expert in the advanced commands of Microsoft Excel. Furthermore, you are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken as well as written.

As a person, you are committed with a strong interest for consolidating and analysing operational data. You have strong organizational and time-management skills and you have the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment. Furthermore, you are decisive and you have strong leadership skills. You are a highly skilled communicator and you have no problem presenting operational reports to the top management.

The position is located at our headquarters at Lindholmen, Göteborg but occasional travel will occur, both nationally and internationally.
