Team Leader Regional Engineering (m/f) role, in Stockholm (Sweden)
As a Team Leader Regional Engineering you will manage one of the teams delivering railway signalling systems. You will be responsible for development of your team, resource planning and to continuously improve our area of business.
YOUR TASKS
• Provides leadership and direction to the engineers within the team
• Plans and allocates resources to all bids, projects and line related activities in the team
• Responsible for bid estimations for of work packages within the team
• Ensures adherence to engineering processes to provide the required system safety and to meet the customers? expectations in terms of quality and delivery schedule accuracy
• Salary reviews
• Creates and implements plans to improve employee skills, motivation and engagement
• Drive and propose work improvements in processes and work flows.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in engineering leadership or similar
• Able to adapt to changed plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
• Able to continuously optimise processes/tools/behaviours and take advantage of technical innovations in order to meet business requirements, customer needs and new market conditions
• Demonstrates good communication skills and able to guide, influence and convince others
• Business fluent English and fluent Swedish is required
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of engineering leadership experience in similar field of work
• Master degree in Engineering
• Experience from Railway Signalling Industry is an advantage
