Job Summary
We are looking for Process Engineering Team Leader who will be responsible to lead the engineering team activities in CED projects in Europe. You will work together with key stakeholders located in the different offices in Europe, according to the general strategy of the CED Europe Project Center. Position will be based in any office in Europe.
What you will do
Team leader will be responsible to deploy PE engineering team, support the following areas:
Implementation projects, providing feedback to pre project team.
Secure engineering capabilities and development team members
Secure the right implementation of processing projects where your team members will be involved.
Secure standardization way of working with implementation of reusable design, functional engineering and use of the corporate tools in projects.
Promote and ensure quality process during project development.
Engage collaboration with the Food Solutions business streams Powder and Cheese
Work actively with employee engagement action plants designed by management team.
We believe you have
Engineering degree in Industrial, Chemical, or Food Science and Technology degree.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering team, preferable in food industry; experience managing teams will be also desired.
Experience working in projects
Mandatory Fluency in English
