Our strategy is to reduce emissions from power generation with a road map to achieve climate neutrality by 2050. Business Division Renewables is responsible for wind power and biomass. Investments in wind power is an important cornerstone to deliver our road map and we plan, build and own wind farms in six countries, onshore and offshore. Investment in biomass fuel is key to further reduce the emissions. We have about 300 employees.
The controlling organization within Business Division Renewables (BDR) is centralized and working functionally with the four Business Units, Onshore- and Offshore Development, Generation and Biomass. The team for BDR consists of 15 controllers.
We are now looking for a team leader to our onshore controlling for Business Division Renewables. The team consists of 5 persons today.
Overall objectives are to create a business integrated and functioning controlling organization within Business Department Renewables, witch works both operationally supporting the Business units as well as strategically supporting the Business Division Renewables.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Coordinate and lead the work of controllers within Business Unit Onshore.
• Support the central department within Renewables with controlling tasks and take part in over all financial analysis and steering being conducted for and of the BD.
• Reporting and analysis of results, forecast and budget for the Business Division Renewables.
• Support the development of the controller organization and standardize processes and tools within the Business Division Renewables.
Qualifications
Required education is BSc- or Masters degree in Economics, Business Administration. 3-4 years experience of controlling work and experience of working with financial and reporting processes are required. You also need to have excellent Microsoft Office skills and good conceptual financial understanding.
Experience from working abroad and experience of working with impairment are meritorious.
As a person we expect that you are structured, direct, quality conscious and self-propelled. As we have a complex organisation with team members that are located in different countries you also need to have very good interpersonal skills.
