This is an exciting opening for an ambitious and result oriented individual. We are looking for a 12 month substitute for the role as Team Leader at the Marketing and Communications department at Ongame Network. You get the opportunity to work for one of the market leaders in the fast growing market of online gaming and poker.
Your place at the table
With your energy, experience, and inner drive you will have the ability to manage the marketing and communication strategy and activities during 12 months as acting/stand in Marketing and Communications Manager at Ongame Network. With your extensive marketing, creative management and/or sales background you will bring new ideas and wisdom to an extremely skilled and talented marketing and communications team.
You will:
Have the overall team responsibility and maintain and optimize the marketing and communications group strategy
Increase brand awareness, improve the overall communication towards present partners and attracting new operators to the network in order to maximize network revenues while at the same time ensuring fully satisfied customers and thus, partner retention.
Manage a team of three professionals as well as being part of the B2B Management team
Your gaming skills and experience
To play with us, you are used to work in multicultural and multifunctional environments and you have a strong record in delivering results and taking ownership. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken and you have a university degree in Business/Marketing.

You are a strong team player with good communication and networking skills. You are passionate about driving change, you have an open mind and the ability to motivate and inspire others. Finally you have strategic and analytical skills with a long term view.You should also be:

The position is temporary due to parental leave. Start date 1 March 2010 and end date around 1 March 2011, with a hand-over period of 2-4 weeks in February 2010.
