Om tjänstenAs Team Leader and Java Developer you will be a part of an agile team that delivers new features, upgrades and customizations to Aaro Systems platform. The development department as a whole is responsible for creating, planning and coordinating the creation and update of Aaro's quality products and consist of both a development and a test team.
This is a diverse role that entails both to be responsible for a team of eight developers but also working hands-on with system development.
Main responsibilities for this role will be:
• Support and brainstorm ideas together with your team
• Improve routines/processes as well as develop agile processes
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, tools and processes
• Hands-on system development in Java
• Contribute in choices related to software design and architecture

To be successful in this role you have multiple years of experience as a Java developer as well as a couple of years of experience leading an agile development team. Further on, we see that you have experience from Jira and GIT/ Apache Subversion (SVN).
Earlier experience working as a Scrum Master and/or software architecture, CI/CD, MSSQL and Scala give extra merit.
We put much emphasis on personal qualities in this recruitment process. To successful in the role, it is important that you can be flexible and able to work both independently as well as a part of the team. You like to explore and learn new things and share your knowledge with the team. Further on, you have great problem-solving skills and the ability to engage and inspire your team.
