hela Sverige - Lead the vital SW development team in Gothenburg;
• Be responsible for staffing the team with the right competence, employees and consultants;
• Be responsible for team members education and development - PMP;
• Be responsible for salary negotiations and setting salaries;
• Be involved in strategic decisions concerning future planning of the product;
• Tailor and improve the software development process to the need of EO development and synchronize this process with the development teams in Stockholm, Mannheim and Delhi in EAPD Onboard;
• Resource allocations within the project in the Onboard ATC product Line, with focus on AOS IF150;
• Responsible for quality assurance .
IN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL:
• Lead the software development team - line management;
• Manage key development WP ensuring the deliverables of the team in the required quality - project management.
• Master of Science in computer sciences or comparable
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SIL4 SW development processes according to EN50128, softeare development in C/C++;
• In-depth Industrial ATP application knowledge;
• Fluent English.
