Team Leader for the Street Team in Malmö
GreenMobility is launching in Malmö and we are looking for an outgoing team leader with a technical flair to make the city electric!
You will be part of a young business and have the daily responsibility of maintaining our electric Renault car fleet in Malmö, as well as managing our team of Street Runners. In other words, you will be the face of GreenMobility for our customers in Malmö and ensure that our fleet of cars and Street Runners are operating as optimally as possible.
GreenMobility offers an easy, flexible and sustainable form of transport in the form of electric car sharing. The customers have access to the cars via our app and they only pay for the minutes they use the car. Today, GreenMobility operates 400 cars in Copenhagen, 250 cars in Oslo in partnership with Vy, and soon 100 cars in Aarhus. Now we expand to Malmö.
Our Street Team has the daily tasks of charging, transporting and cleaning the cars, as well as repairing any minor damages to the cars such as punctured tires or small bumps. As a team leader you'll be responsible for the above-mentioned tasks as well as training and assisting the team with the following: preparing and implementing the shift schedule, employee needs and have contact to our workshops, partners and customer service located in Copenhagen.
Due to the nature of the job, we expect you to be an outgoing person capable of leading a young team and prepared to take initiative and help meet the team's daily goals; even if it means helping with changing a tire or cleaning a car. Ideally you work well independently, are curious and have a background in tech or mechanics. Additionally, you know Malmö like the back of your own hand.
The work hours will primarily be during the day on weekdays. However, in order to meet goals, you may sometimes be required to work a night or weekend shift. You should be prepared to receive two weeks of introductory training in Copenhagen. We expect that you can communicate in both Swedish and English.
