For the position as Team Leader for IT Services we are looking for a candidate that is a strong believer in unleashing the full potential of the individual and who leads his/her team by using empowering and coaching strategies. Are you the candidate we are looking for?
OUR OFFER TO YOU
As Polypetide 's Team Leader for IT Services you will be part of the global IT department and head up the global IT Operational services team consisting of 8 employees. You will provide strategic leadership and technical expertise to senior management, engaged in the running and planning of IT Service catalogue, maintenance/development all IT Services through its life cycle.
You will be a part of a new interesting journey of building up a new team working with IT Services on a local and global basis.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Lead the IT Operational services team through recently established Governance model.
• Resonsible for the global IT ServiceDesk
• Lead the IT roadmap and maintenance of IT Service catalogue.
• Lead and coordinate daily work with local and global IT employees.
• Lead documentation work for all current and new IT Services.
• Be responsible for Asset and Configuration Management of IT Services
• Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization, ensuring that IT services are addressing the business requirements.
• Through use of strong communication skills produce key messages, presentations and strategic documents to support awareness, interest and secure the buy-in for IT Services with stakeholders throughout the organization on all levels.
• Facilitate the understanding of IT Services initiatives/projects and ensure decisions around budget, priority and management.
• Be responsible for that IT processes Incident, problem, change and capacity and they are measured in daily work.
IN ADDITION...
You will report to the Global IS/IT Director.
The position is located in Malmö, but your responsibility is global and will require some travel.
WHO ARE YOU?
You have good experience of transforming IT Services from being produced on premise to cloud based or sourced IT services. You are a good communicator and have a structured way of working with business to develop IT services.
• IT education (university or similar)
• Several years ' experience of leading IT Service team in a medium sized company.
• Experience within the area of sourcing and vendor management
• Experience of monitoring sourcing vendors with SLA
• Experience of IT Service portfolio planning and IT Service roadmaps
• Experience of Service Level Management and measure IT operational performance
• Experience of working with IT processes and ITIL
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal in Swedish and English
Beneficial
• Experience of working in an international environment
• Knowledge of GMP, PM3 and GAMP and validation
• Background within the Pharmaceutical industry.
