Combine Control Systems continues to grow and are now looking for a team leader for the Control System Solutions team in Lund. We want to consolidate our stand as a provider of premium engineering services within our core business, Controls. Job Summary
As a team leader at Combine Control Systems you will work closely together with the other members of the management team in Skåne and the other team leaders in Gothenburg and Linköping to build the Combine Control Systems brand and business. Your job will be split between working with your own assignments and projects and managing the personell in your team. A big part of your task will be to motivate and enable personal growth for the members in your team. The team is already in place, but the objective is to grow the team by hiring new talents.
A big part of your role will consist of creating and maintaining an inspiring working environment for your colleagues. This means organizing events, AW, lunches etc. to build the right group spirit.
Your main responsibility will be to ensure that you have the best possible resources available in your team and that project deliverables are meet with the highest possible standard. Finding new costumers and performing daily sales are done by other parts in the organization, but you are expected to assist in sales by attending sales meetings etc.
As a team leader, your main tasks will include:

Build a team with the best control engineers in the region.
•
Lead and coach the members in your team.
•
Ensure project deliverables met expectations by taking on the role as project leader, scrum master or project owner.
•
Work on short assignments at customer sites or projects from the office (approx. 50% of your time)
•
Work with salaries, budget and marketing activities.
•
Working with customer relations, sales and finding new business opportunities.
Must-have qualifications
•
MSc. in engineering with a focus on applied physics, computer engineering, mechatronics etc.
•
Experience from Control System Development
•
Strong motivation to deliver results
•
Excellent people skills
•
Experience from a customer-oriented role
•
Fluent English and Swedish
•
At least 5 years of relevant working experience within Control Systems
Nice-to-have qualifications
•
Experience from sales and marketing
•
Experience from Matlab/Simulink, Python, C#
•
Experience from data science and data analysis
•
Experience from embedded systems
•
Experience from PLC systems
