We conduct different types of surveys, our core business is our telephone surveys.
we have the following vacancy available at our office in central Copenhagen (starting May 2007 or later): Team Leader / Fieldwork Assistant.
The fieldwork assistant is responsible for the daily operation of the office's staff of telephone interviewers, the Team Leader. The responsibilities include recruiting and training of new interviewers, fieldwork supervising in the evenings, updating personne data and other general administrative work.
We expect strong pedagogical, communicative, leadership skills and on-going commitment. Written and spoken fluency in English and general computer skills are required. Previous experience as a market research interviewer is an advantage. Initial training may take place at our office in Malmö.
Main working hours Monday-Friday are 1400-2130 (e.g. 140-160 hours monthly depending on the workload). The position is on an hourly salary basis, monthly salary adds up to approximately 22000 DKK or more (before Danish income tax).
