In collaboration with Mercuri Urval, Omron is looking to recruit a Team Leader for Customer Service. The successful candidate will lead and develop the Swedish Customer Service function and manage the Customer Service team, which consists of two employees within customer service.

Based in Stockholm, reporting to the Country Sales Manager SSC, you are responsible for Omron's Customer support as well as Omron's Sales support towards the national sales force. With a result-oriented and proactive mindset, you and your team will manage daily contacts with customers being panel builders, machine builders, industrial end-users and distributers, offering them an efficient and service-minded approach. You will also manage the administration related to customer contracts and agreements. The Team Leader for Customer Service is the local administrator for Omron's CRM- and ERP-system and provides the sales force with necessary reports based upon information from the business intelligence system, Cognos. Moreover, the responsibility for the internal control related to Customer Service and office administrative issues form part of the job. The Team Leader Customer Service is the single point of contact for Omron's back office function.

We are looking for a qualified candidate with relevant educational background from university or similar, with at least a Bachelor's degree.  Your background involves minimum 5 years of experience from Customer and Sales support and you have previous experience from a team leader function. You have strong administrative skills and broad knowledge and experience from working with MS Office, ERP-packages and internal control. If you have worked with Customer and Sales support in a technical environment, it is an advantage. We expect fluency in Swedish as well as excellent English skills.
