The Cash Management department consists of two teams; Accounts Payable and Cash & Banking. Our current team leader for Cash & Banking has assumed the role as Cash manager, so we are looking for someone to take on this great challenge!
What will you do?
As Team Leader for Cash & Banking you will supervise the team's four employees in their day to day work. They are mainly responsible for reconciliations of bank accounts, manual payments and follow-up of bank agreements as well as liquidity planning for the Stena Line Group. It is your responsibility to assure a high quality delivery and to work with contentious improvement of the processes within your team.
Your key responsibilities will be:
• Personnel and budget responsibility for your team
• Responsible for the Cash & Banking function within Shared Service Center
• Administrator of our bank programs and set up of Power of Attorney
• Participate in liquidity planning

The must have's:
• Master in Finance or equivalent
• Previous experience as a leader is appreciated/an advantage
• Financial experience, preferably from the banking sector
• Good knowledge in MS Office
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
