During spring 2017 we are setting up a brand new, in-house Consultant Recruitment Centre with the mission to successfully operate all external consultant hiring's in the Swedish operation. The operational team will comprise approximately 15 professionals working with hiring and related services a long side with business optimization from both competence and financial perspectives. As Team Leader Business Accounts you will lead a team fulfilling consultant recruitments across several hiring clusters (accounts) within the Volvo Car Organization. Through your solid experience and expertise in need and supply of competences as well as relevant business insights, your contribution will make great difference to achieve targets regarding supply of competence and capacity as well as the group's financial performance. As our accounts cover major parts of Volvo Car group we are looking for individuals with broad experience, making us complete and trustful in execution for all stakeholders involved.
Main responsibilities
• Successfully lead a small team of Business Account Specialist
• Operationally execute own hiring's within the frame of accounts of responsibility
• Be the first level of escalation
• Contribute in business optimisation processes
• Successfully lead, improve & operate within the hiring process
• Demonstrate and foster the business conduct expected across your accounts
Required qualifications
• Relevant experience supporting your ability to unaided lead others to fulfil both the matching process and relevant negation activities
• Strong business acumen
• Leadership skills
• University degree or equivalent in, Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics or other relevant area
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
