hela Sverige Back office is a support function for Operations and our primary task is handling refunds to customers, but at the same time always strive to find new solutions to reduce handling time and improve our routines.
We are growing rapidly and are looking for a new Team Leader for our refund team that consists of almost twenty employees.
What you will do
As our Team Leader your responsibilities include this, among other things:
• Scheduling short-term planning as well as long-term planning for the team.
• Real time management - steer resources hourly if needed depending on intraday inflow
• Monitor queues closely and do our utmost to maintain our Service Levels Agreement
• Work closely with BO managers and Team leaders across all of Operations Back Office
• Drive improvements to daily routines and other processes
• Give guidance to the team, coaching and provide feedback to make team grow and evolve.
Who you are
To succeed in the role, we believe that you have previous experience from the travel industry. Further, as the tempo is sometimes quite high, we believe that you can work independently and has the ability to prioritize. If have the ability to motivate and inspire others and also would enjoy this you could be the one we are looking for!
Desired skills
• Knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre and / or Galileo.
• Analytical and good with numbers
• You have good command of English and Swedish both verbally and in writing.
It's a big plus if you have previous experience from a team lead role.
