The demand for Chinese visas has grown rapidly in recent years. To provide a better service for visa applicants, the Chinese Embassy in Sweden, following the success of the visa centers of other countries, decides to introduce the Chinese Visa Application Service Center (CVASC). CVASC is responsible for receiving visa applications of ordinary passport holders for visiting mainland China, collecting visa fees on behalf of the Embassy and returning processed visa applications. CVASC has two centers in Sweden. One is in Stockholm, the other one is in Gothenburg.
CVASC in Stockholm has been opened since 16th of Mar 2011; CVASC in Gothenburg will open soon Folkungagatan 14-18.
Team Leader:
Key tasks:
• Supervise day to day Office operations to a consistently high standard
• Setting objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies and procedures for the center
• Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of the Front Office Team Members with an emphasis on training and teamwork
• Ensure Team Members have up to date knowledge of the visa policies
• Monitor customer satisfaction reports and implement actions to improve results
Essential requirements:
• Min 3/5 years' experience in service industry
• Bachelor Degree Qualified - service or related field
• Possess strong service minded and commercial awareness
• Excellent leadership skills, inter-personal and communication skills
• Pleasant personality, service-oriented
