hela Sverige We're looking for Team Leader that wants to join our warehouse in Rosersberg, north of Stockholm!
The role consists of managing and coordinating the work for 15 - 20 colleagues in their day-to-day work to maintain a smooth operation in order to provide the best service for our customers.
In short, you will:
Onboard new colleagues to the team
Schedule team members on different work tasks
Follow up on performance
Motivate team members
Be a link between the team and the Manager
General administrative tasks
Who we are looking for:
You have experience working at a warehouse and working with warehouse related tasks
You have good quality in the work you perform
You are committed to the team and actively contribute positive energy to the group
You are an ambassador and role model for others
You are encouraged to work result-oriented and want to support your colleagues in their work
You quickly take on challenging situations
You promote an open and inclusive team culture where everyone is respected and allowed to speak
You plan your work to have enough time to achieve your operational goals and perform administrative tasks
You lead with example and act according to Sellpy's core values Smart, Brave, Resourceful and Friendly
You are flexible and open to change
Preferred skills:
Knowhow in Sellpy relevant systems such as WhenIWork, Humaans, Redash and Sellpy Admin
Previous experience with leadership or Team Leader tasks
We are hiring for a permanent role with an initial Probationary employment and will asses all applications on an ongoing basis.
