Our stores are the heart of our business and in order to stay competitive, to expand and to provide the best customer offer, the need of efficient IT-solutions is greater than ever. Our division Sales Store is responsible for the development and delivery of IT systems to all the stores of the H&M Group. The new H&M in-store services are being developed with the help of suppliers and rolled out in a high pace growing both in size and functionality.
As Team lead for the Test and Quality team you will lead a team of 30+ people and be overall responsible for the quality assurance of our next generation store IT services globally.
Using your drive, your leadership and communication skills and your experiences in managing IT projects you will create a high performing internal team, a successful one-team collaboration with the suppliers and be a reliable operations partner for the many ongoing projects. You will work in a close collaboration with the service area management as well as your counterparts at the suppliers to make sure that all interdependencies are managed and that the business objectives are met.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for delivery and sales, who loves to be in the middle of things and have many points of contacts. You can switch between defining strategies and plans and working operationally making the strategies happen. You need to have good communication skills, be able to build teams and finding solutions and taking decisions. Since we mainly work with solutions that are procured from a vendor as an innovative service concept, it is important that you have good insight into service management and vendor relations. To succeed in this role we believe you need to be an open, courageous and flexible leader.

Your responsibilities
The job of a team lead at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Lead and motivate the test & quality team
• Have the overall responsibility for test and quality for POS (Point of sales) and Payments area at our division
• Manage and drive improvements at our principal suppliers in regards to quality assurance
• Ensure that the team has the right prerequisites to succeed
• Secure that the team delivers according to set targets
• Track and report overall progress to the program management
• Manage cross-organizational dependencies
• Risk & mitigation management in the resource area
• Support and coordinate with project managers in projects depending on the POS system

• Extensive experience of planning and managing projects
• Thorough knowledge and experience of testing & how to secure quality in IT projects

• Strong business sense and can translate business needs to IT
• Good at building relationships and trust
• Experience of Supplier Management
• Very good skills in Swedish and English
