We are now looking for a new Team lead Quality, PQC Department.
Main responsibilities
As a Team Lead Quality You will be Responsible for the Quality group within the PQC department for site Bohus which is SEVESO classed and produces many products with high quality demands. organization.
You will be joining a skilled team of engineers with experience from multiple organizations and various fields. In this function you will have many contact areas and work with several functions on site. Cooperation and team orientation are key in this role.
Our PQC department is supporting our plants at Site Bohus with expertise in process engineering, process safety and quality management. We have a high ambition to deliver owners engineering and improve process quality and product safety. Key Objectives of the Job
Quality Management System - Ensure that the Quality Management System complies with ISO9001 and GMP demands and is certified by an external party
Daily quality operations - Ensure that the commercial products from Site Bohus are produced, controlled, released and distributed according to the Management System, global quality regulations and company directives
Build organization - Develop individual team members and build a team which collectively is capable of and fully involved in achieving the tasks for Quality Management in Operations for Bohus
Communication - Build connections to other functions like Marketing and Sales, R&D, Procurement and assure that the quality expectations between the functions are established and successfully maintained
Job Requirements
You are a good team player, know how to build own network and you have the ability to gain respect and trust through situational leadership and integrity. We also believe that you are risk-friendly and self-directed, able to take a decision quickly within uncertainty.
You also need:
Master of Science in chemistry, chemical engineering or equivalent
Strong leadership and change leadership qualifications
Experience from chemical process industry
Skills in quality management systems and audit techniques
Extensive knowledge with regard to legislation, regulations, directives and standards on quality like ISO9001 and GMP
Experience from production of chemicals or pharmaceutical ingredients
Good knowledge about health, safety, work environment and HSE regulations
Good communication skills and ability to lead, engage, and coach others.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
