We can offer you a challenging combined purchasing position.
General Purchasing Group is an organisation within AB Tetra Pak which handles all Indirect Purchasing segments. Indirect Purchasing includes all supplier relations that are not related to Tetra Pak customer products. We are a fairly new organisation and we continuously develop our working methods, processes and tools. Our core business is managing Indirect Purchasing in Sweden and Cluster North Europe in cooperation with Key Stakeholders within the different Tetra Pak companies.
Main responsibilities
• Teamlead for the Operational Purchasing Group of approx 10 individuals
• Ensure Purchase to Payment (PtP) compliance within the Operational Purchasing Group
• Monitor aligned KPI and result that has to be achieved, and take corrective actions
• Run operational purchasing towards approved and contracted suppliers in accordance with the PtP process
• Support the Supply Manager with strategic sourcing and contracting activities
• Responsible of sourcing and contracting activities for some base suppliers
• Manage and follow-up compliance of implemented contracts and supplier performance
• Drive accuracy of master data on suppliers, contracts and materials
Qualifications
To be successful in this position you need to be a committed team player with strong personal drive and with focus on delivering results. You also have experience from leading others and working as a purchaser. Knowledge of advanced Excel and SAP R/3 is necessary to have in this position.
You have a relevant educational background within the area.
Fluency in both Swedish and English is required both verbal and written.
You have the capability to work independently but you also like to work and contribute in a team. You are customer focused and prefer to work in a structured way. You also possess a high level of personal drive to achieve results.
