You as Team Lead will work within SAP CRM and your team consists of, about 14 and still growing, applications experts, developers and architects. Your team will be both be onsite and offshore as well as employees. As a Team Lead you will be involved in ongoing, as well as planning new project within the SAP CRM area.
You will work within the division, Enterprise Application Division and we coordinates and manages the program that includes new business processes and system support for major parts of the H&M garment flow, focusing on Sales, Logistics and Finance. The program is in the middle of a Global roll out phase and in parallel we are refining processes and systems.
As a Team Lead at H&M you are curious, ambitious and want to make a difference. You will be responsible for planning, managing and securing the delivery of SAP CRM developments affecting millions of customers around the world. This requires a lot of cooperation with your team as well as the Program office, functional areas, projects and other development teams. Solving and challenging problems is everyday work for a Team Lead and you keep track of progress and making sure to reach plans, goals and deliver high quality development in a sustainable way.

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Team Lead comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Interact and communicate with functional areas and architects to define scope and design the solutions
• Manage development plan, scope and team resources
• Manage staffing and recruitment to the team
• Ensure quality of team deliverables
• Continuously follow up the team members and set goals and give feedback
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And as a leader you are genuinely interested in leadership and teambuilding. And your skills include:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as technical leader and implementation of global systems and multiple projects
• You have a wide technical as well as functional SAP experience beneficially from within CRM and/or e-commerce
• You have development background with knowledge in object-oriented and integration development
• Experience from Technical project management
• Experienced from working in multinational environments with off shoring
It is qualifying if you have retail experience and has worked in global projects and roll-outs
