Well then, come and be part of H&Ms expanding e-commerce platform for our other brands; COS, Monki, Weekday, ARKET and &Other Stories!New Business Online is responsible for developing and maintaining our brands' e-commerce Online solution. Our online platform integrates with multiple systems within H&M in order to deliver the whole value chain to our customers from ordering a product, paying for it and finally receiving it. We have a fast-paced business with ever-changing demands from our customers and business.As a team lead you are responsible for a part of our online customer journey; both projects, development candidates and maintenance. You will lead a team of about 7 people consisting of requirement specifiers, test leads, architects and project managers. You'll be working closely with business, our vendors and third-party suppliers in a global environment, right in the center of our brands expansion online.To succeed in this role, we believe you've probably worked around 5-10 years, and about half that time have been responsible for a team. You've probably lead projects to implement new systems and are familiar with complex environments where there are multiple system dependencies and integrations. You've succeeded, you've failed and you've learnt from your mistakes, making you secure in yourself and your abilities. Apart from being a skilled team lead and great at building relationships with your colleagues, we think you have the ability to understand changing business demands.We make great efforts to create an inspiring, creative and open working environment and we expect you to contribute to that.
