For Projects & Engineering in Bohus, we are now looking for a Team Lead who can create a truly attractive and inspiring working environment and make a real difference within our dynamic, multinational and multicultural business environment. The Team Lead will be responsible for the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering teams in Bohus, and we expect you to provide expertise within at least one discipline, such as Equipment, Piping, Civil Engineering or Process Control.

We offer an interesting work environment where you will be working together with approximately 180 highly skilled technical professionals at our offices in Brazil, China, India, Netherlands, Sweden and USA.
Main responsibilities
• Lead, manage and develop the team members in order to build a strong, motivated team and a high performance team culture.
• Coach the team members and ensure cooperation and cross-functional learning.
• Develop team members in their current and future roles, executing talent reviews, succession planning, development dialogs and training & development plans.
• Drive, execute and monitor results within team (efficiency, time, scope, budget, quality, customer satisfaction).
• Develop, implement and monitor the operational plan for the team within the scope of the AMPE strategy.
• Balance, plan and allocate resources on short term in order to manage demand and supply and drive performance.
• Build, develop and retain know-how for the organization in respective field of expertise according to company's strategy and customer needs.
• Provide strategy-conform services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain fair and trustful relationships with customers and other business partners.
• Create a talent pipe line of future senior engineers in P&E and the company.
• BSc or higher degree within Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Automation or similar
• Extensive knowledge and at least five years' experience within relevant areas such as chemical plant design and/or manufacturing
• Good leadership skills and preferably experience from a managerial role
• Structured and analytical skills and strong ability to translate company strategy into team strategy and objectives
• Creative and innovative mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to travel internationally on a regular basis
• Fluent in English
