We offer you to be involved in the planning and execution of the design, production and support of operations with a number of different partners, both intern and extern. You will be a main part with a great possibility to influence and grow within the organization.
Your main mission will be to lead a small engineering team in Sweden by defining priorities and by providing guidance. You will take lead and support the team in the communication and cooperation with other functions and sites and being part of the day-to-day business in an active manner.
Furthermore you will provide engineering support to production, commissioning, testing and field operations including interfacing to other engineering organizations. You will lead the team and be part of the technical support and diagnosis, customer acceptance tests and verification and validation tests. You will also support in the handover of documentation between Engineering and Production.
You hold a degree in electrical, control or mechanical engineering, or you have comparable experiences. To succeed in this role you have about 5 years of relevant experience of similar positions and preferable in the rolling stock industry. Technical competence of the system Train, as well as knowledge of international standards is of benefit. Fluency in English and Swedish is a must, whereas proficiency in German is advantageous.
