hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos FootballAddicts AB i Göteborg Build and lead Forza Football's data science team. A central part of this role is maintaining and developing our data infrastructure, and creating a strong cultural foundation for the team, where both senior and junior engineers thrive.
As a team lead, or 'coach' as we call it at Forza Football, you will be able to influence the direction of the company and help it become more data-driven, both for individuals and also for the different teams within the company.
Lastly, you will help Forza Football grow and become more efficient by undertaking statistical analysis and implementing different data models that can generate significant value for the company moving forward.
A data-driven person who enjoys helping other people grow. You love to work with data and have a good understanding of how to combine quantitative and qualitative data and create value for a company.
You have experience working with data infrastructure and with a wide range of different analytical tools. You also know in which cases different tools and technologies should be used.
As a person, you are pragmatic and always strive to base your decisions on data. Learning new skills in order to improve your performance is something you see as vital in a positive working environment. As a leader, you have the ability to influence the direction of a group and are also able to foster a sense of understanding about your team and what helps them to be at their most productive.
