We are now looking for a Team Lead to our Customer Service / Supply Chain team in Malmö. As a Team Lead, your main responsibilities are to coach, lead and develop the team, and continuously improve processes and working methods. You work in close collaboration with the Team and Operations Manager. In this role you work both strategical and operative and cooperate with sales to serve and develop our customer relations. The team consist of 4 people, who are headed towards a digital journey. If you are a person with a great drive, striving for continuous improvements, and with leadership skills, this is the right position for you!
Your responsibilities
Coach, lead and develop the Customer Service / Supply Chain team together with the Operations Manager
Implement process automation and process improvements, LEAN
Support the team with order handling, contracts, invoicing, and complex cases
Coordinate and collaborate with other teams at B&R and customers
Your background
Experience in a similar role including customer support
SAP experience or similar business tools, and extensive knowledge in MS Excel
Experience and an interest in digitalization and process automation are mandatory
Positive and service minded attitude with customer focus, and a team player
Seeking continuous improvements in processes and working methods, LEAN concept
Great communication skills, fluency in Swedish and English are mandatory
