An increasing amount of the machines we design within Husqvarna Construction are today connected to services and part of a service system. Software in the machines thus becomes an increasingly larger and more central part. To our organization in Jonsered, which is responsible for the development of embedded software, we therefore want to expand our talented team with a Software Engineer with leadership skills.
What we can offer in this position
You will work together with a team of skilled software and electronics engineers, at a pleasant workplace close to nature in Jonsered just outside Gothenburg. The electronics and software department you will belong to is globally responsible for all embedded software within Husqvarna Construction. We offer a fun and varied job with responsibility to lead and plan the software design work within embedded connectivity on both a daily and mid-term basis.
About the job
The team deliveries are to be coordinated towards backend, product development projects and machines both in the field and in running production. The tasks also include technical leadership with good opportunities to influence software and solutions in the area of IoT / Connectivity.
Who are you

Requirements:
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. or equivalent degree in relevant field
• Software development in C/C++ for embedded systems
• Practical experience from agile development methods
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience
