WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are growing our now looking for our next Production Team Lead to join us on when we build the next generation of clean green industry.
We believe that you are a natural leader with an interest to improve and develop the team as well as routines and processes. You have a strong business acumen and are goal- and result driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. In addition we believe that you see possibilities instead of problems.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
• Previous experience from managing a team of manufacturing operators in similar industry related companies.
• Used to leading people through change
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Production is to deliver on strategic operational goals to meet customer expectations for product quality, cost and delivery- maximizing efficiency and driving excellence. The Production Team Lead, as partof the productionteam, ensures manufacturing processes
run reliably and efficiently. The Production Team Lead are responsible for their individual teams, making sure that processes are run efficient and inaccordance with set objectives upholding quality and yield. Areas of responsabilities include:
• Manager for one of the manufacturing line teams
• Responsible for Production line continuous improvement such as; material flow, production flow, quality, yield
• Responsible for HSE related questions within your area
• Responsible for risk assessment and report errors in the production
• Daily management meetings with the rest of the team leads and production manager
• Daily meetings with the team
• Create and contribute to improve work instructions within your production line
• Oversee and support your team in time reporting in our ERP, Monitor
