We're looking for a Team Lead to our Team in Borlänge. We build our business on competent employees and always deliver our commitments with high quality.

You will be the people manager for a team of about 15-20 people based in Borlänge. The role will be combined with a role in our delivery. Depending on who you are and your profile we will together find the best solution.
In your Team Lead role, you will be responsible for:
- Full personnel responsibility (Competence development / Salary setting)
- Accountable of Revenues / Cost (incl. Profitability)
- Utilization rate of team
- Lead competence domain of team towards the customer need and strategy
- Drive growth in terms of recruitment
- Employee satisfaction & responsibility for retaining staff
- Coordinating our team events
- Leading by example, in line with Capgemini Engineering's values and beliefs
You will develop and manage a plan for your team to align to strategic and operational needs for our clients.
The team consists of people with competences within IT Management, Project Management, BI & Data Science, Software Engineering and Architecture.

Your Profile
You are passionate about leading and developing people. You have previous experience of people management in an international environment, or similar experience and a strong will to develop in this direction.
You believe in yourself and have the network needed to identify and recruit talents and drive sales with customers. As a person you as stress resistant, structured, driven, committed and customer oriented. You are able to work efficiently and balance operational and strategic goals for your team.
