We're on a mission to develop software for Android-based Infotainment systems, for current and future Volvo and Polestar models. We will also make this software available for other brands, mainly within the Geely group. Our focus is on the platform software that enables navigation, media, voice assistants and other services to run on cutting-edge hardware. Quite simply, we want to change the world.
If you want to join a fast growing company and develop Infotainment SW together with big players like Google, Volvo Cars and Geely Group but keep the startup setup of a company, you will feel right at home with us.
The Platform team develops and integrates platform software within the BSP layer, displays drives, power moding modules for current and upcoming Infotainment head units. The team works both within Android and RTOS environment. To make this possible, you will collaborate with our external suppliers and also directly with our partner Google. In some areas like broadcast radio, we also work in the upper stack of application development.
We are now looking for a Engineering Team Manager - Platform
As a team manager you will together with our Agile leaders be a part of building an outstanding team and develop our key asset, our individuals. Together with our Product Owner you will work and support the strategic product roadmap.

You set the context for our team to navigate in the daily work. You have the ability to see and find the skills needed to deliver on our mission. You are passionate to be part of building and expanding our company both in capacity, culture and product portfolio.
