WORK DESCRIPTION
You will work as a Team Coach Manager in the Customer Service Organization in Borås and your responsibility is to supervise a group of Team Coaches. Your primarily tasks will be to support and give feedback to the Team Coaches and to coach them in their development.
Together with the on-site management team you will lead and develop the department, and make sure we reach our goals and live up to our service level agreements.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You have great interest in developing leaders and customer service. You have previous experience of working with customer service, and we believe that you currently work as a Team leader or head of department but are willing to take on more responsibility.
You are prestige less and enjoy letting your co-workers be the centre of attention when you at the same time you are self-confident enough to coach and inspire them.
You are outgoing, flexible and resilient as a person. You want to learn new things and actively work to improve your own performance as well as others.
In addition to Swedish, we require excellent English in both written and spoken. Knowledge in other European languages is an advantage.
