• Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Provides supplies by identifying needs for Plant Management Area and establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
• Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; pre-approving invoices.
• Control of all employees of LSAB and subcontractors regarding compliance with all labor protection regulations like Health and Safety regulation and fulfilling of work requirements
• Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
• Maintaining and/or developing historical and new reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems of LSAB assets and rented equipment
• Controlling and responsible for manual data input like daily reports/performance reports of staff and equipment
• Maintaining and following up of equipment workflow and manual data report input
• Improves program and service quality by devising new applications; updating procedures; evaluating system results with users, Site Managers and Workshop.
• Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; benchmarking professional standards; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks
• Summarizing and evaluating all data reports and developing performance reports for Plant equipment.
• Highschool degree
• Excellent MS- Office and MS-Project Skills
• Fluent in English
• Strong organisational skills
Stockholm Bypass is one of Sweden's largest infrastructure projects. Today there is only one major road when crossing the city.
The travel time for the entire route is estimated to be 15 minutes. Out of the 21 km road, over 18 km will be tunnel.
In order to preserve important natural and cultural heritage, , the longest road's distance will go through a tunnel. The main tunnel for Stockholm Bypass goes under Lovön. Stockholm Bypass connects to Route 261, Ekerö road at two flyovers. Lovön is the largest part of the Bypass Project.
The two Italian companies Vianini and CMC have been awarded the contract to build two working tunnels, two temporary ports, ramps and main tunnels for Stockholm Bypass. Together Vianini and CMC are Lovön Samverkan AB.
Lovön Samverkan AB is building its business and will be about 280 employees when the project is in full swing,
