We are now recruiting the very best teachers to start a new IES school in Södertälje. We are searching for qualified teachers in a range of subjects to help create our fantastic working environment.
Internationella Engelska Skolan Södertälje will open in August 2017 and will eventually enroll students in grades 4 - 9. IES Södertälje will be a school which follows the IES ethos, where high academic expectations are met and students command the English language through quality teaching and having a calm and safe learning environment with a supportive tough love approach.
We are looking for:
• Qualified, professional teachers. We require läralegitimation or if internationally qualified, a current teaching license/registration plus a Bachelors degree and teaching qualification. (ESL qualifications such as TEFL are not sufficient)
• Enthusiastic, committed, team-players that are willing to go the extra mile for students and colleagues.
• English or Swedish native speakers
Clearance from the police register is essential.
Internationella Engelska Skolan (IES) is a leading independent school group in Sweden ("friskola") with students receiving high grades and a diverse and energetic staff. We have around 21,500 students enrolled in our 30 schools across the country with approximately 2,300 members of staff. Our schools are bilingual with 50% of teaching in Swedish and 50% in English.
