Internationella Engelska Gymnasiet Södermalm (IEGS) is an international school located on Södermalm with a strong academic and multicultural tradition, committed to helping students develop to the fullest of their potential. IEGS is just two minutes walk from Skanstull T-bana.
We currently offer five Swedish national programmes and the IB Diploma Programme, which all qualify you for university studies in Sweden or abroad. All courses, with the exception of Swedish, Civics A, Law and Modern Languages, are taught in English. IEGS seeks to employ an enthusiastic, qualified Teacher of Science. We are actively looking for candidates with a specialization in Biology and Environmental Science. The courses are to be taught in the English language. Prior experience of teaching within the IB Programme is a merit. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
If you are a teacher who is comfortable teaching in a truly multi-lingual environment, you will enjoy this position.
