hela Sverige PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
CoEE, Centre of Excellence Electronics, have a global responsibility and mandate within BT for electronics development and electronics production, which includes hardware design, type testing and development of production tests.
As the TCMS (Train Control Management System) Team Lead HW Test within CoEE you will lead and develop our electronics production together with product owners, design managers, purchasing managers and external suppliers.
A key task is to work with industrialization of our electronic products to ensure quality and reliable deliveries. You will be planning the relevant test activities and resources during the development and maintenance phase of a product.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
• Define Hardware manufacturing test strategy and manage development of tests to ensure delivery of robust and reliable electronics;
• Manage execution of all HW type tests and the delivery of the requested documentation;
• Act as a technology competence provider regarding HW testing, electronic manufacturing and railway-relevant norms and standards;
• Improve and streamline the interface with our suppliers;
• Provide input on future testing and manufacturing competence requirements (internally and with partners).
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Electronics;
• Knowledge of railway standards or industry practices such as EN 50155, EN 50121-3-2, EN 50128 would be an advantage;
• Knowledge in hardware test principles and to be familiar with commonly used test development environments such as NI LabVIEW, NI TestStand, Boundary Scan;
• +5 years of relevant experience within the Electronics HW Test and manufacturing area;
• Relevant knowledge on factors that determine the robustness of an electronic product;
• English at a proficiency level, Swedish would be desirable;
• Structured and analytical way of working;
• High level of initiative and dedication, leadership skills.
