Summary
The main responsibilities are to ensure tax legislation, mitigate tax risks, & provide expert tax advice & to ensure high quality in tax accounting & reporting. The tax unit manager is functionally responsible for tax specialist activities. The Company Control hub also supports and adds value to the business (business owners, business controllers and Ericsson mgmt) by providing expert accounting, treasury and tax advice, and by securing compliant solutions for complex business transactions from a legal entity perspective.
The unit manager will be functionally responsible for all tax related areas for Ericsson AB (and related branch offices) as well as line manager for a number of Tax Specialists and Transfer Price specialists. The Tax Unit Manager's responsibilities are to ensure high quality in tax accounting, reporting and filing, assure compliance to internal and external tax frameworks and regulations and to provide expert tax advice.

Qualifications

You also possess:
Strong result orientation
High level of integrity as well as a capability to balance different perspectives
Strong ability to communicate and interact with management as well as external parties in order to establish fruitful relationships
Fluent in spoken and written English
Experience & Education:
Academic degree in Business Administration
Extensive experience in local and international tax legislation
Knowledgeable in GAAP (i.e. local GAAPs, IFRS, and Group Directives)
Knowledgeable and understanding of financial systems
