hela Sverige Nasdaq is now looking for a Tax Specialist to join the Tax Services Team at the Stockholm office.
The position is located in Stockholm where you will sit in the renovated former Ford assembly plant in Frihamnen, in our spacious and open plan factory-style campus.

As a member of Tax Service Team in Stockholm, you will be a part of international company with business operations in some 30 countries. We work in the financial sector which is under transformation and we are expanding our business by organic growth and acquisition worldwide. You will be part of an international tax team based in New York, Stockholm, Australia and Hong Kong.
As a Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for the group's Swedish entities' tax compliance matters, which include tax return filings and accounting for income taxes. You will be in charge for overseeing the tax provision for other non-US entities. You will work closely with the Lead Tax Specialist, Tax Accounting, located in the U.S. and with the European accounting team in fulfilling your responsibilities.
Education, Professional accomplishments, and Certifications:
• Educational requirements: University degree in Business administration and/or law
• 4-5 years of relative tax compliance experience and a good understanding of Swedish tax matters
Skills, Requirements and Competencies:
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Products, excellent skills in Excel
• Proficiency with any of accounting systems (PeopleSoft, HFM and Essbase)
• Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• You should be analytical and ambitious person, who can work independently

Furthermore, you need to be flexible and able to adapt to new prerequisites since Nasdaq is an ever changing company in an ever changing industry. This is a permanent full time position located in Stockholm. Desired start date is as soon as possible.
