About the role
As a Tax Manager specializing in Transfer Pricing at Electrolux, you will play a critical role in shaping and maintaining the group's transfer pricing framework. This role is vital in ensuring that Electrolux complies with international tax regulations while optimizing its tax structure. Working closely with the Tax Director and a team of experts, you will support the execution of transfer pricing policies and strategies across the business. Your work will directly impact the company's global operations, ensuring that the correct taxes are paid in each jurisdiction and that all transfer pricing practices align with both local and international standards.
The responsibilities also include/What you'll do
In this role, you will assist in managing and implementing Electrolux's transfer pricing policy and framework across the organization, collaborating closely with the Tax Director and internal teams to ensure full compliance with transfer pricing guidelines and local tax regulations. You will also play an integral part in supporting tax audits conducted by tax authorities, ensuring that the company can defend its transfer pricing positions and comply with all necessary documentation requirements. Your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing transfer pricing reports to maintain tax compliance, while working with local advisors to manage compliance efficiently across various regions, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to local regulations. As part of your role, you will support the department in navigating the increasing complexity of global tax compliance, ensuring that all necessary processes and documentation are in place. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to align tax strategies with broader business objectives, optimizing Electrolux's tax structure while ensuring compliance with global and local tax standards.
Who you are:
You are a proactive, detail-oriented professional with at least 3 years of experience in transfer pricing, either in-house or as a consultant for multinational companies. You have:
A bachelor's degree (or higher) in law, finance, or a related field.
Strong experience with transfer pricing in a multinational context.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across different teams and cultures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
An interest in tax accounting and corporate income tax.
Where you will be based:
You will be based at our Global Headquarters in Kungsholmen, Stockholm, Sweden. The role may involve occasional national and international travel (approximately 2-4 times per year) to engage with teams and stakeholders in other locations.
