hela Sverige Lead deal and competition strategy to position TCS' thought leadership, capabilities and overall credentials to differentiate TCS from competitors.
Coordinate and lead kick-off strategy meeting and other meetings between deal team members on an on-going basis.
Face off with the prospect / client and bring the complete value of TCS' services range and solutions to the client situation.
Develop and document a detailed win strategy and win themes for each deal where named as deal leader.
Form and actively lead a virtual deal team
Provide leadership in expanding on the deal strategy themes to help shape the client proposition in terms of transition strategy, transformation roadmap, target operating model, governance model etc.
Ensure a consistently high level of deal best practice is followed and collaborate to review and drive ongoing improvements.
Lead deal efforts by facilitating appropriate face-to-face meetings between TCS representatives and the potential client and actively participate in client-facing meetings and presentations as necessary.
Gain and document necessary approvals and sign-offs; leads internal technical, financial and commercial reviews.
Ensure formal Large Deals team to Delivery team hand-off.
Undertake formal qualification of each deal prior to commencing pursuit activities and make recommendations to the Head of Large Deals Team / Sales / Business Development / Client teams
At least 12 years of experience in IT outsourcing industry with skills in the area of solution engineering, consulting, Customer engagement and opportunity management
Experience of working in large bids for the past 2 years
Documented large wins
Experience of responding to adviser led opportunities with stringent solution and commercial requirements.
Experience of working in a multicultural environment
Management of multidisciplinary teams in diverse locations
