hela Sverige We are looking for a professional and motivated Business Relationship Manager with the responsibility to build confidence and trust with the existing customer and to sell large Outsourcing Contracts of TCS offerings including IT Infrastructure Services, Application Development, Support and new technologies to new and existing TCS customers
The key responsibilities include:
Account focused leadership to ensure client relationship is enhanced and enriched.
Business development, project delivery, quality, timelines.
Meeting customer expectations and customer satisfaction.
Track key market trends relevant to Nordic IT Market to position TCS Offerings.
Lead and/or Build the proposal in line with RFI, RFP requirements by working with a global solution and delivery team.
Lead the customer meetings and Joint value discovery sessions with customers during RFI and RFP process.
Participate in Contract negotiations.
Coordinate with 3rd party companies to create joint solution and response to bids.
Key Skills/Knowledge:
Atleast 10+ years of experience in the IT Outsourcing, Managed Services industry delivering large contracts and/or led the Solution Engagement for large contracts.
Experience in leading sales of large deals in various opportunities including infrastructure outsourcing contracts, application development.
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
Confidence and ability to present TCS' proposition independently at senior management levels in the client organization.
