hela Sverige A communicative Task Manager who enjoys organizing, planning and coordinating technical tasks within an intense business oriented environment. An interest in keeping a number of simultaneous tasks on track is essential.
Your role
As the Overall Task Manager for Airborne ISR Product Services Program (PSP) you are a key part of the PSP team and report directly to the Program Manager. The PSP team is responsible for providing support to customers operating our delivered aircraft and helping to ensure the continued safe operation of our fleet.
You are the input channel for incoming work where you appoint and work with task leaders together with the Program Manager. You take the lead in the planning of all tasks and keep plans up to date and you prepare and lead the PULS and Task Management Board (TMB) meetings within the program. You also participate in Regional Aircrafts TMB to monitor and respond to tasks related to AISR.
You are able to act as a task leader yourself and help out with obsolescence issues and other diverse tasks where necessary. You continuously focus on identifying possibilities for improvements in the way of working and in all interfaces.

Your profile
We are looking for a driven coordinator with the ability to both see the big picture and understand the details in a number of parallel projects.
You have an interest in providing solutions to technical issues to keep customers satisfied and our aircraft in the air.
You are a good organizer with the ability to create trust and commitment among those you meet in your work.
You are able to work independently or as the leader of a team and have the capacity to drive the process forward in all situations. You strive to identify new possibilities, challenges and ways to be more efficient and you act on them. Understanding of the design process as well as fluency in project planning tools (MS Project, IFS) is advantageous.

Support and Services, a Business area within Saab, delivers services and integrated support solutions for cost effective support of systems and platforms during the complete life cycle.
Airborne ISR, one of the Business Units within Support and Services, focuses on the redesign, modification, verification and support of the special mission aircraft. We are now in an intensive phase with several aircraft delivery projects ongoing and extensive marketing activities for future business.
