Transaction Advisory Services is looking for Senior Analysts and Managers to the Restructuring team, Stockholm

Our global network of Restructuring Services professionals helps clients develop financial and operational strategies to improve liquidity, credit availability and shareholder return. Join this team and you will help clients evaluate capital options, capture greater transaction value and achieve strategic objectives ? whether they are buying or selling a distressed asset, restructuring a business or dealing with underperformance, or looking to improve cash management. We are closely integrated with our Nordic transaction colleagues, which enables you to get international experience in your daily work as well as to increase your industry experience by concentrating on one or more of our Nordic priority industry sectors.

Your profile

• Degree in Business, Economics and/or Industrial Engineering or related field from a leading post graduate school; or
• Solid background in detailed financial analysis from auditing or related role;
• 2-6 years of relevant work experience in Restructuring, Corporate Finance, Strategy, Operations, or Treasury
• Aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• A dedication to teamwork
