hela Sverige * An Integration Expert / Architect / Developer with a background in both SAP and non SAP Integrations, Product Management and Project Management. The role demands a strong background in Onshore Offshore models. Lead projects for the entire project life cycle from Customer Requirements to Delivery Execution. Be the customer face for Consulting assignments and have strong networking and collaboration skills. Understand Enterprise and Digital journeys and lead their Integration journeys.
• Understanding of both SAP Integrations and SAP Implementations, one Consultant covering both Integration and SAP back end configuration and development. Work and support both Enterprise middle wares like SAP PI/PO, Cloud Platform Integration, Business Connector, MuleSoft, WebSphere Message Broker, Web methods. Have the ability to learn and adapt to the Home Grown Enterprise Message Bus for Integrations with Backend Applications and other Enterprise middleware's. Lead the product strategy and road map, help define priority and ensure execution of various road map features of home-grown Enterprise Message Bus. Ability to define canonical and use those in Customer landscapes.
• Define customer roadmap for Integrations including A2A and B2B. Understanding of Industry standard like EDI, XML, REST etc and ability to lead B2B Integrations. Understanding of Integration and SAP Upgrade lifecycles and define SAP Upgrades for Customers. Lead customers Application Maintenance and Operations team in a 24*7 model with the offshore team and define SLAs and KPIs for both SAP Integration Platforms and SAP Applications.
• Strong consulting knows how to be able to mine existing accounts, lead customer RFPs and sales cycles. Demonstrate leadership and mentorship skills to lead a remote team and ensure quality of delivery and execution.
Description of qualifications:
• SAP Mentor or equivalent Industry Accreditation.
• Product Expertise in SAP PI /PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SAP Business Connector
• Product Expertise in at least 2 of these non-SAP Integration Platforms MuleSoft, IBM WebSphere Message Broker, Web methods.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Development (ABAP) and ability trouble shoot a Interface End to End from SAP Backend to the target systems.
• Understanding of SAP Order to Cash , Procure to Pay Cycles.
• Understanding of SAP Cloud Solutions for Integration including SAP Hybris C4C, Success Factors, Ariba Networks, Concor etc
• Prior exposure to Technical and Enterprise Architecture including EA Certifications.
• Strong understanding of Project Management lifecycle and Application Maintenance lifecycles
• Expertise in handling Customer Consulting Assignments covering presales, delivery and execution of projects.
• Strong communication to enable communicate to Cx level. Industry exposure and network to present credentials.
• Strong presentation skills to provide tech talks in the latest areas of the Industry, prior such presentations in conferences like SAP teched, or equivalent would b e a strong plus.
