About the role
As a Talent Specialist you will become a market leader in identifying, interviewing, screening, and presenting high quality talent within your specialist area to deliver to client assignments. Post placement, you will act as an advisor to ensure the engagement and retention of your contractor workforce (through extensions or new placements). You will be expected to operate in a fast-paced environment and serve as a business partner to both clients and contractors throughout the recruitment process. You will build and maintain relationships within your assigned specialism areas, understanding individual cultural and career goals and matching them with relevant client opportunities. Delivering excellence will be key at every stage in the process, from initial relationship building to ongoing re-deployment.
Essential role responsibilities
Prioritize business and execute with urgency, using sourcing plans that align to customer needs and goals and enables the timely identification of high-quality talent.
Build a consistent operating rhythm with ability switch focusing line with hiring needs
Participate in business qualification with sales partner and contributes to the effective qualification of roles
Effectively articulate an opportunity verbally and in writing to generate interest from the best contractors in the market
Source, screen, and present high-quality candidates to fill open requirements
Effectively negotiate remuneration with contractors in line with their skills, goals, and interests to generate high levels of commitment to assignments
Effectively manage the contractor relationship and expectations from post-offer through onboarding and compliance to day one in assignment
Have regular communication with contractors, to drive high loyalty, engagement and retention, using post placement care techniques
Effectively respond to problems or bad news using fact-based conversations.
Utilize discovery questions with current contractors on PPC calls to gather business intelligence to help uncover business opportunities.
Build strong networks of contractors that can be easily searched and matched to qualified requirements
Build strong relationships internally, with the sales population to ensure requirements are filled on time
Ensures that both the client and contractor receive a world-class service
Build strong relationships with Support partners to understand internal business processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales by providing/receiving feedback, sharing business intelligence, client knowledge and contractor knowledge that can help support with sourcing strategies, and drive business development activity
Build strong relationships with current contractor base to ensure both high levels of satisfaction and care

Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience from recruitment
Sees challenges as an opportunity for development and likes to go outside your "comfort zone"
Takes initiative, is solution-oriented and results- and business-driven
Thrives when building strong and long-term relationships with customers, consultants / candidates
Is curious, outgoing, likes to have many contact areas and has good communication and collaboration skills
Fluent in English
