hela Sverige Are you an experienced recruiter looking for a temporary position within recruitment and talent sourcing? CellaVision is growing and we are looking for a Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Specialist to support our HR team on 50 % during the first half of 2022.
This is an excellent opportunity for you who are looking for a short-term position within talent sourcing/recruitment and want to gain experience from a growing, high-tech company while working with a passionate HR team!
About the position
Our HR team in Lund consists of Vice President HR, HR Manager, HR Specialist, and two part-time HR Assistants. The team manages the entire employee life cycle at the company, where temporary support is needed in talent sourcing and acquisition to meet our need for talent the coming year.
This position offers an opportunity to be involved in the day-to-day operations of our HR department where your main task will be to assist the company's hiring managers in their recruitment processes. You will provide an end-to-end service in supporting the hiring managers with setting the candidate profile, write and publish adverts, assist in selection, interviews, reference checks and offer/rejection. A key part of the role will also be to actively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter to build a robust candidate pipeline and support managers in decision-making throughout the process.
Who you are
• Extensive experience supporting hiring managers in recruitment and talent sourcing, preferably within IT/Tech, or with a curiosity to apply your skills withing this field of work.
• Proven track record of sourcing candidates through various digital channels.
• Familiar user of LinkedIn Recruiter and Application Tracking Systems, Teamtailor or similar.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
• Process oriented with strong focus on deadlines and your contribution to the hiring process.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills and focus on building working relationships.
