About the role
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to our client's office in Stockholm. This company are leading the way in digital marketing and work with some of the most digitally advanced companies in the world across eCommerce, Autos and Retail. As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting the best talent in the market using advanced souring techniques. As this site continues to grow we now have a need to build a talent network in order to nurture long term relationships. You will be focused on identifying talent for our Global Marketing Solutions business which includes Client Partners, Client Solutions Managers, Marketing, Measurement and Creative skills.
You will be part of an international sourcing team focused on identifying, attracting and building ongoing relationships with the most talented people in your market. This role includes:
- Partner with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements of each role, the functions and how it fits into the organization.
- Develop creative ways to build talent networks and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.
- Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.
- Regular engage with talent network and connect to internal career opportunities
- Drive continual improvements in candidate sourcing
- Be the market expert on local talent
- Embody the organization culture: Be Bold, Move Fast and Focus on Impact
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer with...
- 4+ years sourcing experience with a Tech or Media Recruitment Agency or in-house recruiting team.
- Passion for the product and able to speak to our technology/industry.
- Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes to identify suitability for the company.
- Passionate about candidate experience.
- Passionate about building a diverse workforce.
- Excellent research/sourcing skills with ability to evaluate experience and fit for the company's values
- Solid industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant Digital Marketing skills, target companies, conferences and meet ups
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Fluent English skills, and preferably also fluent in Swedish
