WHAT UTOPIANS DO
We are building a better world for music with innovative big data technology that tracks online music sources and translates them into meaningful music consumption reports for royalty collection. The solution we're building does not threaten to usurp the role of industry incumbents - it is about bringing transparency in the industry and supporting efficient royalty collection.
WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL BE
You will be a part of our People & Culture team and you'll be working tightly with our Talent Acquisition specialists and partners in finding candidates for our various positions, predominantly those in Product and Engineering departments. Some get confused with the wording but yes, being a sourcer is almost like being a sorcerer. Are you ready to bring some magic?
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Building talent pipelines, especially in Engineering, Product and Data
Creating and executing strategies on more compelling ways of headhunting
Responsibility for sourcing tools and their utilisation
Tracking analytics
Finding alternative ways to discover hidden talent and to optimise searches
Assisting with inbound applications and CV screenings
Creating market and competitor analysis
WHAT SKILLS YOU NEED
People person
Curiosity and passion for research
Tech savvy
Outgoing
3+ years of experience in same/similar roles
Proven experience with candidate sourcing through various channels
Knowing your way around various social media channels
Communication and sales skills
Fluency in English
